1. General website information
This website provides general information about Signal & Solve and its services. A service engagement begins only after scope, price and terms are confirmed in writing.
2. Free checks and direction plans
Free website checks and direction plans are high-level, based on information publicly visible or submitted by the enquirer, and do not include code inspection, security testing, repair work or a completed custom design.
3. Project scope
Deliverables, pages, platform, timing, revisions, client responsibilities, fees and third-party costs will be stated in the quotation or service agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content, necessary permissions, timely feedback and access to any domain or platform required for the agreed work.
5. Payments and launch
A deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. The final balance is due before public launch, transfer or handover. Third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included.
6. Revisions and delays
Packages include the stated number of consolidated revision rounds. Additional changes, delayed content or changes in direction may affect price and timing.
7. Results and third-party services
No guarantee is made regarding sales, traffic, search rankings, platform uptime or outcomes controlled by third-party providers.
8. Intellectual property
Final ownership and licence terms will be stated in the project agreement. Unpaid concepts, templates, working files and proprietary methods remain with Signal & Solve.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Signal & Solve is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions based solely on general website content, or failures caused by client content, access, third-party services or unauthorised changes after handover.
10. Legal review
These terms should be reviewed for the final Singapore business structure, operating process and payment setup before accepting public engagements.
