Can you repair my current website?
Repairs are not a core service. We can review the public site and may recommend a fresh rebuild on our supported platform.
Who provides the words and images?
You provide the business facts, logo and available images. Basic copy refinement is included as stated. Full copywriting or image sourcing may require an add-on.
How many changes can I request?
Each package includes one or two consolidated revision rounds. Changes must be submitted together. Additional rounds are chargeable.
Are domain and hosting included?
Domain, hosting and paid platform subscriptions are normally paid directly by the client and are separate from the build fee.
Will I own the website?
Ownership, platform access and any licence restrictions will be stated in the written quotation. Final handover occurs after full payment.
Do you guarantee sales or Google rankings?
No. We build a clear website and basic enquiry setup, but business performance, traffic, rankings and sales cannot be guaranteed.
What is not included?
Complex coding, hacked-site recovery, databases, payment-system troubleshooting, custom integrations, legal advice, accounting and advertising management are not included unless expressly quoted.
